Plasma spraying system control cabinet CY-3710

    Used for regulating and controlling water, electricity, gas, and powder. It can monitor the entire system, and users can directly understand the system parameters during operation from the control cabinet, such as voltage and current. When the electricity and gas in the system do not meet the requirements, the system will automatically alarm to remind users to make corresponding adjustments. Adjust the temperature of the plasma arc by adjusting the current and voltage on the panel. Users can also control the gas flow rate and gas ratio by adjusting the main and secondary gases on the control panel, thereby changing the length of the plasma arc and flame velocity, and ultimately changing the velocity of the powder particles.

     Powder feeder

      A device used to store spray powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. The main gas of the spray gun is used as the powder feeding gas. The sprayed powder is conveyed to the outlet of the powder feeder through the rotation of the powder feeding scraper, and the powder leaves the powder feeding bucket together with the gas pressure and enters the spray gun. Adjusting the potentiometer on the control cabinet panel can adjust the speed of powder feeding.

    Water and electricity transfer box
