The CY-100 control cabinet adopts the cutting-edge touch control terminal, simplifying the original button operation method. The CY-100 control cabinet is the control center of the CY-100 plasma spraying system, which uses advanced technology to automate the entire CY-100 spraying system. All gases are controlled by a closed-loop mass flow meter, which solves the problem of unstable pressure and flow rate during operation, resulting in varying plasma flame flow and voltage, thereby stabilizing the output power. The CY-100 control cabinet adopts a touch control terminal, which can record and save the parameters of spraying different powders in the form of formulas, and record them.

The powder feeder of CY-100 supersonic spraying equipment is a device used to store spraying powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. Nitrogen gas is used as the powder feeding gas, and the sprayed powder is transported to the outlet of the powder feeder through the atomization vibration of the powder feeding gas.
