    The Plasma Surface treatment instrument is a compact atmospheric plasma jet (so-called plasma beam, plasma pen) system for surface treatment, consisting of a radio frequency generator, flexible gas delivery tube and plasma beam head. Plasma jets can quickly activate and clean material surfaces, such as single crystal wafers, optical components, plastics, etc., at low temperatures without a vacuum. It is an excellent tool for cleaning the surface of the wafer for higher quality before the epitaxial or optical fiber is welded. In order to obtain high quality epitaxial films or optical coatings, pre-surface treatment can obtain significant results. Plasma surface treatment instruments can also be used to study atmospheric pressure CVD.

    Plasma surface treatment instrument is a kind of equipment that uses high energy plasma to clean and activate the surface of materials. Its application areas are very wide. The main application areas of plasma surface treatment instrument are as follows:

    Electronics & Semiconductor Industry:

    In semiconductor packaging and display manufacturing, plasma processing can improve the resistance to contamination, wear and corrosion resistance of devices and displays, extending product life.

    Wafer cleaning, photoresist residue removal, blackening before plastic sealing, etc. The processing materials are silicon wafer, glass substrate, ceramic substrate, IC carrier board, copper lead frame, etc.
